Whoops

I doubt anyone reads this anyway, but I definitely forgot I had this.

I have been really into pastel lipsticks lately. I want to buy colour craftes MAC lipstick so badly, it's perfect, but I have no means of transportation right now. I just hope it's still in stock when I get to one. O_O

I don't know who 'everyone' is, but apparentally everyone is saying Illamasqua is going to be the new MAC. I've seen their shadows, and they're just not very interesting. The only things I've liked are their lipsticks. I may be biased, but there is no way I'm going to ever stray from mac. Especially for extremely expensive makeup. If I'm going to spend $20 on an eye shadow, its going to be MUFE.

That's my 2 cents, 0 people that read this!

Inspiration

I think I'll post new inspirational pictures I find each week. Maybe on wednesdays. But I'm bored so I'll do some today. 1 clothing, 1 makeup, 1 hair.

As you can see, I am strange.  That is all.

I'll start with some reviews, I guess

Just several products I've tried out:

Urban Decay Primer Potion(UDPP)

Pros:
-Makes shadows more vibrant
-Makes your shadow stay put until the end of the day
-Keeps lids smooth and dry(not peely dry, but enough to control oil)
-A LOT of product.  People complain about having to cut it open to get your money's worth, but it takes only a minute or 2, and it's kinda fun.

Cons:
-Expensive to some people($17)
-Can be too drying on some peoples lids, or over time
-Can make it slightly more difficult to blend
-The whole cutting open thing can be dangerous if you're not careful.

But over all, I love it.  If you have dry lids, or don't want to cut open the bottle, I suggest Too Faced Shadow Insurance.  I've never used it, but a lot of people say it's the same thing, just more moisturizing, and it's comes in a tube instead of the bottle.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer

I bought this in the Ulta 'try me' kit, since it had other products I wanted to try, and in good sizes.  I suggest this before buying full-size products from smashbox.

Pros:
-Makes skin softer, a more smooth surface
-Moisturizing
-Evens out skintone a tad
-Face makeup lasts longer

Cons:
-Can make skin feel oily, and it feels like vegetable oil(may just be me) when you're putting it on.
-Expensive!($36)

I wouldn't buy this again, but I have sensitive, dry skin.  So if you have 'normal' skin, then I say to go buy the 'try me' kit and trying it out.  It comes with a small set of brow tech and cream eye liners, a full-size double-sided eyeliner/brow brush, small tube of photo-op under eye brightener, a full-size clear lip gloss, and I think thats all, but the kit is only $30, which would cover just the brush, so it's a great deal!
